UCSF Email on a Mobile Device

Outlook Mobile installation instructions are published by UCSF Information Technology and MyAccess login is required to view these instructions.

Required: DUO Mobile

Before you set up Outlook Mobile, you must have the DUO Mobile app installed and configured on your mobile devices. For users who are migrating from ActiveSync, we recommend you remove the existing account configurations before configuring Outlook Mobile. If you are unsure of how to complete this migration, please contact us for assistance.

Required: Office 365 Intune License

If this is the first time syncing email to your device you must request an Office365 Intune License at help.ucsf.edu.

Changes on October 5, 2020: UCSF IT disabled the Active Sync protocol along with legacy POP/IMAP clients for all UCSF mailboxes, calendars and contacts. For first time setup or to continue syncing email, calendar, and contacts, you may only use Outlook Mobile.
